· Work towards increasing assembly line efficiency and reducing waste in manufacturing processes in the Manufacturing plant environment

· Daily Manufacturing Operation and reporting

· Suggest new methods to change the layout of the manufacturing operation to increase production efficiency

· Responding to breakdowns and investigating production problems

· Making Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5S and Safety

· Any other work assigned by Seniors/ Managers

· Have knowledge about Manufacturing and ERP system

· Graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

· Having experience in planning and manufacturing is preferred

· Have reporting skills and computer skill

· Can work under pressure and be enthusiastic at work, communicate with any related persons, and be an active & healthy person

· Age 22 to 30

· English (Communication level)
