Job Description
- Enhance the sales volume and good company reputation by managing sales team
- Analyses the new product market survey, research and checking feasibility
- Analyses to market price fluctuation and adjust with current situation
- Policy making for credit payment and payer
- To conduct with new important customer and territory wise
- Budget preparation for the sales team (countrywide)
- Time, cost and opportunity management for sales team (countrywide)
- To manage the operation in order to accomplish most efficient and effective sales team
-Sales Management functions for national sales team
- Contacting, Selecting, Analyzing, the most potential supplier from the wide range of business environment
- To keep communication with principals continuously
- Good sales and marketing knowledge in pharmaceutical field.
- Must be able to handle more than 100 products (OTC and Ethical products)
- Must be able to manage at least 60 -90 team members
Job Requirements
- Any graduate and some degree holder / Prefer MBA
- Able to communicate in English
- At least 10-15 years experiences in relative field.
- At least 2 years experiences in National Management Level
- Sales Oriented
- Sales Analyzing / Sales Focus
- Good people management and relationship with principals
- Good relationship with principals
- Good business overview
