Job Description

Negotiate and secure ongoing/upcoming clients to extend business approach.

Sales collection and New Product sales.

Timely report to market situation, product performance and customers’ response to management.

Analyze and survey market trends and check activations.

Able to handle sales to hit targets in lower/upper Myanmar.

Budget, forecast and work with product procurement to secure supply.

Collaborate with division management to develop and implement strategies.

Provide product, technology and agronomic knowledge through training at meetings, field days, plots.

Lead & report month to month Sales & AR status to management.

Manage promotion schemes for products to maximize volume & value gain.

Channel management by motivating dealers with better service & solutions.
Existing product enhancement for brand extension.

Develop a new marketing channel – Farmer Direct Sales, NGO & Govt Tenders and Institutional buyers.

Proactive & timely reporting to HO about competition, market opportunity and suggested solutions.

Responsible for safe upkeep of all company owned assets and data, used by direct & indirect reports.
Job Requirements
B.Agr.Sc

At least 5 years’ work experience in National Sales Manager in seed business

Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving, and organizational skills

Establish and maintain relationships with other relevant organizations pursuing similar or related objectives

Stimulate technical knowledge and business co-operation with customers
Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint Packages
