v  Recommending improvements to ensure the integrity of a company’s financial information

v  Directing accounting policies, procedures and internal controls

v  Manage fundraising plans and optimize capital structure

v  Group level Working capital planning

v  Budgeting and cashflow planning for all of the SBUs

v  Cashflow management

v  Using financial instrument to mitigate currency risk 

v  Manage the company’s financial planning

v  Plan and perform risk management duties

v  Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments

v  Plan, implement and manage investment strategies

v  Determine finance KPIs

v  Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, financial consultants and treasurers 

v  Manage and retain relationships with various vendors

v  Prepare and present forecasting reports

v  Adhere to the law and company’s policies
