Job Description

- Serve as the first contact for customers who need assistance with our product

- Handle with customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions

- Provide courteous, professional, and efficient support to customers while addressing their questions, concerns, and issues

- Troubleshoot issues reported by customers, offering clear and concise explanations and solutions

- Redirect complex technical issues to the appropriate teams, tracking and following up on the resolution progress

- Report unsolved issues to Senior Customer Support in prompt manner

- Report customer feedback and suggestion to the appropriate internal team for product development

- Keep systematic record of problems and resolutions

- Stay up-to-date with software updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers

- Assist the Business Analysts in testing as necessary

- Provide user training to customers as necessary"

Job Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in Odoo software support.

- Knowledge of ERP Odoo System is an advantage.

- More preferred certificate of LCCI and Financial.

- Experience working with customers, understanding their issues and managing their expectations.

- Hardworking, patient, pleasant personality, positive attitude and self-study skills.

- Good command of reading and writing of English Language.

- Ability to handle pressure

- Candidate must be live in Mandalay.
