Job Description
· Maintain day to day office administration operations in the head office.
· Maintain regular contact with various governmental departments to build rapport and generate goodwill towards the company.
· Help the finance/account department in maintaining regular contacts with private and government banks.
· Support head office to maintain international standards.
· Help in Monitoring and adhering to operational controls, including legal, corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
· Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor Degree
· Must have at least two+ years’ experience working/dealing with government offices and suppliers.
· Must be able to type well in Myanmar font (Unicode) and in English
· Must be able to read and write in English and Myanmar (minimum Intermediate level)
· Must be independent and able to speak well with other companies and suppliers.
· Must be well rounded in communication with any age or gender.
· Must have a driving license and be able to drive independently safely.
· To be updated with current news and be enthused.
