Job Responsibilities

❖ Assist to Department Head on his/her daily work routine and administrative works.

❖ Prepare and submit necessity reports which are assigned by Head, related with sales, marketing, and finance and principal matters.

❖ Doing market visit whenever it’s needed.

❖ Acting as a liaison between sales Department and other Departments.

❖ Communicate with marketing department to prepare principal reports.

❖ Communicate with OTG staff and Sales Team to check way plan, outlet coverage and sales plan and export sales reports by Head assignment.

❖ Communicate between Finance and Sales department to prepare monthly reports. ❖ Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.

❖ Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.

❖ Maintain confidential and sensitive information.

❖ Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.

❖ Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments as needed.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.

- Previous at least 2 years work experience as an Office Executive (or) Executive Assistant

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational and Time management Skills.

- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.

- Working knowledge of Sales Admin is preferable. (Sales Software and advance excel) - Ability to work as part of a team.

- High-level written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of financial and accounting is plus.

- Familiarity with market research techniques.
