Job Responsibilities

 Oversee day to day operations of warehousing including inventory management, inbound

activities, outbound activities, fleet management & process management to get operation

excellence

 Lead the team to maintain and continuously improve safety, housekeeping & quality

standards by coordinating with safety team & audit team

 Liaison with clients and responsible to prepare reports & attend the meetings

 Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring the good customer service

 Responsible to dealing, negotiation and building good relationship with the suppliers

 Responsible for monitoring and assessing performance of suppliers

 Contribute ideas for continual improvement of the organization

Job Requirements

 Bachelor degree in any discipline

 At least (4) years’ experience in warehouse operation

 Good at using Microsoft application

 Knowledge in ERP or inventory management system is advantage

 Good communication & negotiation skills

 Able to communicate in English

 Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
