· Supervise daily site construction activities.

· Inspect works and verify compliance with drawings and specifications.

· Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.

· Review technical submittals and shop drawings.

· Monitor construction progress and report issues.

· Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures.

· Participate in inspections and testing activities.

· Maintain site records and reports.

· Monitor safety compliance.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements

· Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction supervision.

· Experience in residential and mixed-use projects.

Technical Skills

· Knowledge of construction methodologies.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

· Understanding of QA/QC and safety procedures.
