Job Description

·       Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

·       Supervise the performance and service standards of receptionists, doctors, nurses, and other staff members.

·       Enhance Customer Care & Service Quality and systematically handle patient feedback and complaints.

·       Monitor clinic inventory (medical supplies, equipment, and beauty products) and maintain accurate stock control.

·       Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure the clinic meets its monthly revenue targets.

·       Supervise HR and administrative processes to ensure the clinic operates in a highly organized manner.
