Job Description
• Lead and monitoring Operational Team (Warehouse, Dry port and Fleet) in Yangon and Mandalay. To ensure work process is align with company scope of works, customer requirements.
• Problem solving and Operational improvement
• Managing P&L including cost efficiency method to meet company target
• Strategy Development, Team building, working efficiency
• Responsible to consider and endorse on the business operations proposals will be conduct within the company.
• Lead teams in order to effectively execute activities to meet with and integrate with organizational
• Requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
• Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
• Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
• Strong Team Management – Drive team directly and through regional and functional leaders. Able to manage, motivate, train and influence the team member to keep high team morale.
• Awareness and Communication – Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary operational
• development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization. Be an effective communicator with Headquarter, other regions and internal Myanmar Team.
• Performance Management: Set up and monitor targets, respective KPI’s for/of staffs, reinforce and support people development of employees.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Logistics Management or related field is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience of Business Development experience in Logistics, Rail Transportation,
• Warehouse Management, Container Management with Minimum of 5 years in Senior Management positions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good command in both written and spoken English and Burmese. killed in all office software and the operations of FMS.

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, problem -solving, organizational, planning skills, accuracy and

• Possess knowledge of Port & Logistic, Rail and transportation operations
• International experience would be an advantage
