Job Description

 Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction

 Committed to meeting current and future expectations and requirements of customers, and resolving customer issues that arise

 Prioritization of orders and adjusting of schedules to ensure customer priority requirements are met

 Maintain strong relationships with customers and handle inbound/outbound calls to customers regarding all activities

 Stay up-to-date on product and service information, as well as relevant industry developments

 Handling service requests via various communication channels

 Record all conversations with customers with details of inquiries or complaints and action steps that were taken and perform reporting/analyzing and creating for the required process

 Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery

 Provide routine reports to appropriate managers about achievements and improvements planned to address prevalent deficiencies

 Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the director

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics industry (must be)

• Respond actively to customer inquiries

• Business English

• Computer & Digital Literacy

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional

teams and external stakeholders.

• Under 30 years
