• Provide quotation and get contract with the client.
• Make appointment with client(s) and provide a marketing plan to develop business achievement.
• Maintain good relationship with a client.
• Proper sespond to big clients and develop by providing additional services.
• Set the goal and hit the goal.
• Sort out & compare various costs.
• Familiar with logistics business, company rules, and procedures.
• Do survey the client (solving client problem, maintaining client trust).
• Discuss Customer feedback as references for the company improvement.
• Conduct performance regularly and performance reviews with supervisors to report progress.
• Assist in providing customized transportation services according to customer needs, including customs declaration, trucking, warehousing, etc.
• According to the company's development direction, promote the company& current main products to customers, and establish a good company image.
• Arrange the best options within the acceptable range for customers to maximize profits.
