· Supervise and monitor all site construction activities.

· Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and design teams.

· Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.

· Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

· Conduct inspections and monitor QA/QC implementation.

· Review contractor progress and site manpower.

· Monitor safety compliance on site.

· Prepare progress reports and technical documentation.

· Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

· Professional engineering registration preferred.

Experience Requirements

· Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction supervision.

· Experience in high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.

· Strong technical and site coordination experience.

Technical Skills

· Knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

· Familiarity with QA/QC procedures.
