Job Description

·       Prepare Learning & Development budget and Manage HR Development activities

·       Conduct the Training Needs Analysis

·       Develop and implement internal/ external training programs, career development and succession plan while providing HR-related advice and support to employees

·       Develop L&D strategies to align with business strategies, organization requirements and foreseeing industrial changes

·       Develop and administer performance management systems to set performance expectations, provide feedback, conduct performance appraisals, and support employees in achieving their performance goals

·       Designs and develops organizational structural designs upon job evaluations
 Identify and assess learning needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with Director, Line Managers and HR

·       Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

·       Provides leadership development consultation and guidance to the company in line with organizational development strategies

·       Leads the design and delivery of organizational employee engagement and satisfaction assessment, including analysis, debriefing and action

·       Conducts Leadership and Executive developmental assessments, feedback best practices through executive level coaching and consultation

·       Leads the design to build robust talent and succession planning by assessing potential

·       Organize & Participate in HR activities

·       Implement performance management systems and employee development programs.

·       Ensure accurate HR reporting and compliance.

·       Oversee payroll structures, compensation, and benefits programs

·       Design succession planning, leadership development, and cultural initiatives.

·       Drive organizational design, change management, and communication strategies.

·       Lead and develop the HR team.

·       Performs other responsibilities periodically assigned by the Director

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or Psychology

·       Minimum 5 years of work experience in OD or HR Development

·       Excellent Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefit and Organizational Skills

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and technical support skills

·       Must have a good attitude and interpersonal skills

·       Familiarity with HR policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals

·       Strong understanding of labor laws and best practice

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software

·       Able to work independently and a good team player
