Job Description

Ø  Evaluate market feedback and setting up annual marketing plan & budget proposal

Ø  Setting up yearly primary sales projections

Ø  Setting up monthly marketing, sales and budget plan

Ø  Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting and orienting

Ø  Maintains staff job result by coaching, training and sharing knowledge, conducting appraisals and performance review

Ø  Managing and controlling monthly expenses usage

Ø  Managing and Monitoring design creation for new and- existing products such as catalogs, brochures, etc.

Ø  Motivate and manage to achieve OTC product sales target

Ø  Organizing and monitoring to be done marketing activities effectively

Ø  Keeping up to date market trend such as price, product, marketing activities,…etc

Ø  Managing & monitoring nationwide promotion girl’s sales performance and doing sales force

Ø  Preparing monthly performance incentive for merchandising team

Ø  Preparing new product survey and evaluation market feedback for business development

Ø  Organizing & selecting new OTC products and introducing them into market.

Job Requirements

Ø  Fluent in English & Burmese

Ø  Candidate working with marketing agency to be preferred

Ø  Digital marketing knowledge will be beneficial

Ø  Must have experience in OTC (or) Nutrition products
