Job Description
1. To develop, recommend and lead the execution of local brand marketing plans for assigned brands & manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget with complete accountability of SLS (Secondary Line Sales):
· Develop the plans/strategy of the brand (1-year operational plan and 3-5-year strategic plan) & Lead the development of local brand strategy & execution to drive SLS (Secondary Sales)
· Monitoring of brand expenses and E/S (Expense to sales ratio)
· Discover consumer/stakeholder insights through research/market visits & translate them into campaigns
· Ensure consumer outreach through digital activations
2. Promotion Activities: Brand Activity Calendar + Developing Marketing Inputs
· Liaison with in-country activation agencies & implement strong activation programs with Doctors, Pharmacies, Consumers
· Design & roll-out brand communication campaigns in coordination with communication/digital agencies
· Execution of inputs for all stakeholders as planned. Measure ROI of each inputs and make further plans accordingly
3. NPDs/Innovation Pipeline:
· Identify new OTC/OTX products to create a robust pipeline basis insight from market research and market visits
· Develop BCs (Business Cases) for aligned new products
· Co-ordinate with regulatory team to fast track products registration with MoH
· Packaging Artwork development of new SKU Introductions in markets
Job Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience
· Relevant Experience: Marketing in any consumer company, OTX/C experience, digital marketing
· MBA in Marketing would be a plus
· Experience of working with communication/digital agencies will be beneficial
· Good communication skills, negotiation skills & analytical skills
· Proficient in excel ~ comfortable in managing large data files & analyzing information
· Fluency & written knowledge of following languages is a must – English & Burmese
· Fluent in English & Burmese
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Candidate working with marketing agency to be preferred
· Digital marketing knowledge will be beneficial
· Must have experiences in OTC 9or) Nutrition products
