Job Description
Production Leadership:
ü Manage daily bottling operations (DW+SD) with 100% productivity
ü Minimize rejects and breakdown times
ü Implement production schedules and SOPs
Quality & Compliance:
ü Ensure FSSC 22000, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP & GMP compliance
ü Maintain factory cleanliness and safety standards
ü Conduct regular staff training
Reporting & Analysis:
ü Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports
ü Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions
ü Analyze breakdowns and preventive maintenance
Team Management:
ü Lead large production teams across shifts
ü Collaborate with Maintenance, QC, and Warehouse
ü Maintain shop floor discipline
Job Requirements
· Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred - Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial
· 5+ years production management in FMCG/manufacturing
· Proven track record in bottling/assembly line operations
· 35-45 years
Skills:
· Strong leadership and team management
· Excellent problem-solving abilities
· Knowledge of food safety standards
· Reporting and analytical skills
