Job Description

IT Infrastructure Management ;

·       Oversee hardware, software and network functionality to ensure smooth business operations.

·       Monitor system performance and take proactive steps to address issues

·       Implement security best practices to protect data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities

 

Technical Supports ;

·       Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.

·       Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures and user guides

·       Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for recurring IT problems.

·       Providing user training as needed

 

Policy Developments ;

·       Create and maintain IT policies, procedures, and compliance documents

 

In – House Project Management ;

·       Lead IT projects from the beginning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

·       Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage project expectations.

 

Vendor Managements ;

·       Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and agreements as necessary.

·       Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes.

 

Budget Planning ;

·       Assist in the development of the IT budget and monitor expenses to ensure compliance with company’s Financial Policy

·       Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for optimizing IT spending.

 

Compliance and Security ;

·       Create, review and publish internal IT Policies.

·       Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations, standards, and policies.

·       Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard data and systems.

·       Implementation of Information Security Management System (ISMS
