Job Description

·       Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule for all active projects.

·       Coordinate all internal team workflow, task assignments, and interdependencies.

·       Manage consultant relationships, issue coordination briefs, and track deliverables.

·       Serve as the primary client contact for all schedule, deliverable, and variation matters.

·       Chair or co-chair all project meetings; issue agendas and distribute minutes within 24 hours.

·       Maintain Decision Log, Variation Tracker, and Consultant Coordination Tracker at all times.

·       Enforce stage gate approval processes before any project advances to the next phase.

·       Identify and escalate project risks to the Creative Director proactively.
