Job Description

·       Lead and manage construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across civil, electrical, and air conditioning systems.\

·       Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

·       Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical specifications.

·       Provide technical guidance and hands-on support in civil engineering (structural integrity, repairs), electrical systems (power supply, backup systems), and HVAC (chillers, split units, ducting).

·       Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are in place and executed effectively.

·       Ensure all works adhere to local codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.

·       Liaise with regulatory authorities for necessary permits and inspections.

·       Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians across the three domains.

·       Conduct training and performance evaluations.
• Prepare and monitor budgets for maintenance and capital improvement projects.

·       Generate technical reports, incident logs, and performance metrics.
