Job Description

• Responsible for the company quality control work.
• Responsible for presiding and arranging the daily work of the quality control
• department, and organizing the quality control department employees to
• complete the work of raw material testing and product quality management;
• Responsible for tracking, collecting, and managing national policies and
• regulations concerning product quality; communicating with quality supervision departments at all levels to ensure the standardization of factory quality work, tracking and obtaining the latest quality documents.
• Responsible for organizing the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system; supervise, inspect and implement the quality management work of the company's quality management system.
• Responsible for the implementation of the company's basic quality management system and related rules and regulations, and suggestions for improvement of the company's quality assurance system and quality management. Participate in the selection and evaluation of suppliers, and organize on-site audits of suppliers when needed;
• Responsible for supervising, inspecting and implementing the quality management work of the company's quality management system;
• Responsible for reporting the work of the quality control department to the superior leaders regularly or irregularly;
• Responsible for the training of the professional skills and basic qualities of the employees of the quality control department, and organize the labor competition and rationalization of quality management activities to continuously improve the quality and business level of the quality control department;
• Responsible for the assessment of the work performance, professional skills and basic qualities of the employees of the quality control department;
• Care about and understand the physical and mental health and ideological dynamics of the employees of the quality control department, and help solve the difficulties of the quality control department employees in work and life;
• Responsible for organizing and handling quality complaints;
• Responsible for organizing the completion of quality statistical analysis,
• providing statistical data, and guiding the work of relevant departments;
• Responsible for organizing and completing the assessment work of the relevant departments prescribed by the company;
• Responsible for organizing and completing other tasks assigned by the company;
• Responsible for communication with the group's quality control, complete the tasks assigned by the group's quality control on time, actively put forward reasonable suggestions, and provide suggestions for the group's quality work.
