Job Description

·       Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and material quantity take-offs based on architectural and engineering design drawings.

·       Comparing and evaluating price tenders from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating prices, and preparing Tender Comparison Statements.

·       Drafting subcontractor agreements, establishing payment milestone schedules, and precisely managing and reviewing scope changes (Variation Orders/VOs).

·       Conducting site visits to measure completed work quantities and verifying/approving subcontractor payment certificates.

·       Verifying material costs against BOQ quantities and managing operations to minimize material waste on-site.

·       Systematically reviewing and finalizing accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors upon project completion.

·       Must be travel to agricultural or construction project sites as required
