Job Description

·       Preparation of BOQ & Cost Estimation: Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and material quantity take-offs based on architectural and engineering design drawings

·       Procurement & Tender Evaluation: Comparing and evaluating price tenders from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating prices, and preparing Tender Comparison Statements

·       Contract Administration: Drafting subcontractor agreements, establishing payment milestone schedules, and precisely managing and reviewing scope changes (Variation Orders/VOs)

·       Site Measurement & Interim Billing: Conducting site visits to measure completed work quantities and verifying/approving subcontractor payment certificates

·       Material Waste Control: Verifying material costs against BOQ quantities and managing operations to minimize material waste on-site.

·       Final Accounts (Account Closure): Systematically reviewing and finalizing accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors upon project completion.

·       Must be travel to agricultural or construction project sites as required
