Job Description

·       Quantity take-off and cost estimation for structural, architectural, structural strengthening, and steel structure works.

·       Must have experience in warehouse construction projects involving Steel Structures and Reinforced Concrete (RC) works.

·       Conduct market price surveys, obtain quotations, and verify material rates and specifications from suppliers; negotiate when necessary.

·       Assist in preparing contract documents, including BOQ, WO, and related documents.

·       Assist in the preparation of final claims and financial statements.

·       Experience in interior works, particularly Door & Window systems, will be an advantage.
