Job Description
Excellence in High-Standard Guest Relations (VIP Service):
· Anticipating the needs of VIPs and high-profile guests and delivering exceptional service that meets the highest standards
· Must be able to handle various situations with composure, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
Maintaining the store environment:
· Consistently ensure the store's atmosphere, lighting, sound system, and staff grooming standards are maintained to an impeccable level.
· Operational Discipline & SOP Management – SOP Handling: Responsible for the practical implementation, monitoring, and optimization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Systematic Operation:
· Operations must be carried out consistently according to a unified system—from morning preparations and inventory checks to welcoming guests and closing the shop at night.
Training and Accountability:
· Continuously train employees and ensure that SOPs become part of daily routines.
Rigorous Leadership & Culture – Exemplary Leadership:
· Fostering discipline and precision among staff through exemplary leadership (e.g., paying attention to even minor standards, such as the neatness of uniforms or the polished shine of cutlery).
Inter-departmental Coordination:
· Leverage hospitality experience to facilitate seamless communication among service, kitchen, housekeeping, and management departments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· KPI Category, Key Focus Area | Expected Outcome , Inventory Management | Food Wastage Reduction ,Strictly monitor food estimation, preparation processes, and the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system to minimize kitchen waste.
· Financial Management & Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Labor Costs
· Systematically manage staffing levels based on store operating hours and peak traffic data to control costs.
· Quality Control ,SOP Compliance Score
· Must meet standards during unannounced spot checks.
Job Requirements
· Must have at least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in luxury boutique hotels, high-end resorts, or fine-dining restaurants.
· Must have a proven track record of ensuring guest satisfaction among high-end local and international clientele.
· Must possess a solid understanding of POS systems, spreadsheet software, and P&L (Profit and Loss) calculations.
· Must be capable of developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reduce costs or enhance operational efficiency.
