Job Description

·       Developing RPA workflows for automation process using such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.

·       Setting up and testing automation workflows to ensure the business function is at optimum efficiency.

·       Maintain and modify the existing automation tools and workflows.

·       Understand the business flows and key points in order to automate the tasks.

·       Ensuring the quality automation workflows using Quality Assurance process and prevent any potential issues.

·       Develop automation documentation, user guides, and workflow diagrams.

·       Monitor automation performance and continuously improve process efficiency.

·       Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability when implementing automation solutions
