 Report to the customer and leader about project progress and quality

 Do team progress control, manage time effectively based on schedule and take action if delay

occurs

 Do quality control based on target plan and take action if quality problem occurs

 To understand all members skill-set and support with each other effectively

 To understand external design document, prepare internal design document and execute coding

 To understand the specification and make ED/ID/MUT and do other's review the ED/ID/MUT

 To review the IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)

 Write and other's review the bugs/errors report and do root-cause analysis and take action as team

 Create self-review, internal-review view point and checklists and explain to all team members

 Knowledge on Java Foundation and Java Web Application Development or .Net

 Prefer having Project Experience in Spring or Struts, jQuery, SQL Query (Oracle DB or Postgres SQL DB)

 2+ years’ experience in System Development field and DBMS

 Willing to work in Business Operation

 Interest in system developing, and ability of difficult problems solving

 Willing to take challenge, and work with team actively

 Good interpersonal skill, written and oral communication skill

 Prefer having Japanese Language Level N4 and above

 Good communication skill in English
