Job Description

·       Provide continuous monitoring at active work areas (excavation, lifting, scaffolding, concrete works, etc.).

·       Ensure workers follow approved work procedures and risk control measures.

·       Conduct frequent(field inspections) and immediately rectify unsafe practices.

·       Monitor high-risk activities including:

·       Work at height

·       Lifting operations

·       Confined space works

·       Hot works

·       Excavation works

·       Support daily toolbox talks and ensure worker understanding.

·       Report safety concerns immediately to Senior Safety Officer / Safety Manager.

·       Assist in implementing corrective actions and ensuring closure on site issues.

 

Work Arrangement vs Construction Status:

·       Safety Supervisors will be deployed progressively based on site workload and work fronts.

·       Additional supervisors will be mobilized when multiple critical activities occur simultaneously (peak construction stage).
