Job Description
v Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals and other objectives.
v Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships and develop strategic partnerships.
v Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics.
v Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and business development teams to meet or exceed sales/business development targets.
v Establish performance KPIs, provide regular training, and conduct performance evaluations.
v Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
v Collaborate with project management, and development teams and digital marketing team to align sales strategies with product capabilities.
v Negotiate and close major contracts and agreements.
v Represent Innovix Solutions at industry events and conferences.
v Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
v Oversee the sales pipeline to maximize profitability and market share.
v Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, sales forecasts, and market trends to the executive team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
v Achievement of sales revenue targets.
v Growth in new customer acquisition and retention rates.
v Market share expansion.
v Sales & Business Development team performance metrics.
Job Requirements
v Bachelor’s degree or related qualifications in Business or Management or IT
v Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
v Proven track record of driving revenue growth
v Experience in the software sector.
