Job Description
l Understand the specification and do Review the ED/ID/MUT
l Understand the ED/ID/MUT and do Review the IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)
l Create the UT/IT/ST/RT Quality Report and do report to leaders and PM effectively
l Manage team members’ development and team progress management based on schedule and take action if delay occurs
l Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
l Do manpower estimation and create schedule
l Project management of progress management, quality management, Issues/QA management, Team management
l Understand all members skill-set and make assign tasks effectively
Job Requirements
l Experienced in Odoo or SAP with good functional and technical knowledge.
l Implementation, customization, integration, and troubleshooting experience is preferred.
l 4 years and above experience in System Development field
l At least 1 year experience in progress management, quality control, QA and issues management
l Strong interested in Project Management and System Development by using Odoo/SAP and take challenge of new technology such as AWS, Cloud etc.
l Willing to take challenge, and work with team actively
l Must have problem solving and communication skill
l Able to control all project members (up to 10 members)
l Japanese Language is a plus
l Able to communicate with team and customer actively
