Job Description
· Identify and engage potential clients in the petroleum import sector.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
· Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
· Drive sales growth through targeted campaigns, lead generation, and strategic business development.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Set clear performance goals and metrics for the sales team.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
· Develop strategies to improve client retention and maximize lifetime value.
· Work closely with other departments, including operations, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
· Collaborate with Business Development teams to develop to the petroleum import market.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to MD.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Job Requirements
· Must be have over (5) years’ experience in Petroleum Business Field or Banking Sector
· Must be graduate MBA.
· Proficient of English & Burmese
· Must be perfect of Market Analytical Skills, Negotiate Skills, Communication Skills, Reporting Skills.
· Experience in B2B of Petroleum Import Business Field.
