Job Description

·       Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities in B2B, B2C, industrial, and automotive segments

·       Develop and expand channel sales network: distributors, resellers, and direct customers.

·       Identify and onboard new channel partners in target regions.

·       Achieve sales volume and revenue targets by channel and customer segment.

·       Plan and execute local sales campaigns or promotions aligned with brand strategy.

·       Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

·       Provide market feedback to GM for product positioning and pricing strategy.

·       Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.

Job Requirements

·       At least 5 years of experience in lubricants or related industrial/automotive sectors

·       Strong understanding of channel distribution and regional market dynamics.

·       Experience managing distributors and dealers

·       Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel
