Job Description

•Work closely with B2B Sales Manager and the Team to prospect customers andsupport the lead generation process through an opportunity pipeline managementapproach of customer acquisition (e.g. Sales Pipeline, Contracts, Orders, and Payment)and CRM (Customer Relationship Management), which drive customer satisfaction,and company profitability.

•Manage sales portfolio to deliver fuel volume, margin, cost and EBITDA targets. Ensuredelivery of agreed customer performance targets and ensure both customer andShoon Energy commitments are delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

•Provide quotations to new and existing customers as required plus manage andnegotiate new and existing contracts to ensure contractual compliance

•Build effective relationships with local market stakeholders and key decision makers(government, industry, class associations) to develop business opportunities andmonitor and map competitors' movement in the sales area.

•Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

•Commercial experience within the fuels and associated industries.

•Previous sale experience in similar position.

•Well-developed desktop skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

•Ability to work autonomously with a high level of organizational and timemanagement skills.

•Ability to meet deadlines, complete projects and manage multiple tasks within acontinuously changing business environment.

•Able and willing to travel both domestically or overseas

•Strong written and oral negotiation, presentation and communication skills both inBurmese and English

•Familiarity with the maintenance and/or operation of a process manufacturing.
