Job Description

• Complete, maintain, update and circulate the daily and Monthly Stock Reconciliation reports. Investigate any out of tolerance differences and determine causation.

• Monitor, record and track all “Own Use” fuel Inventory – including trend analysis of usage. Investigate any unusual movements or discrepancies.

• Ensure all stock movements are tracked and authorized in accordance with internal policy and procedures.

• Responsible for the Stock monitoring and control within the system and being the “Subject Matter Expert” or Super User in this area.

• Maintain documented and accurate procedures for all the Inventory Control tasks.

• Ensure the receiving stock data by counter check with operation data verses third party survey data, analysis receive volume, gain/loss figure and report to related parties.

• Continually review the inventory control levels, processes, reports and make recommendations to the Thilawa leadership team for improving, controlling, securing or otherwise maintaining stock accuracy.

• Manage, track and reconcile the site Petty cash and process.

• Other duties as required to support the Thilawa Operations and leadership team. Inlcuding assiting the Operations Administration Clerk with general administration duties.

Job Responsibilities

- Immediately report all workplace incidents and injuries to their supervisor – including Near Misses.

- Follow all procedures and observe critical safety practices at all times.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related field

• Certificate in business discipline

• 2 years minimum of experience in operational and distribution business, including supply chain exposure.

• Office administration

• Knowledge of Fuel Characteristic, properties that related inventory control

• Oil Industry experience will be an advantage.

• Strong computer skills required. Proficient in MS-Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Good communications and interpersonal skills, to deal with a multinational environment.

• Fluent and proficient in English and Burmese.
