Job Description

·       Support Business Development to evaluate new opportunities through sector research, benchmarking, commercial data extraction, and initial financial screening.

·       Business Plan & Financial Model: Build fully integrated financial models with assumptions spanning revenue, capex, opex, working capital, debt schedules, and returns.

·       Run sensitivities and scenario analyses.

·       Coordinate with procurement, finance, operations, logistics, ESG, and legal teams to validate assumptions used in the financial model and business plan.

·       Prepare financial sections for presentation to IC; explain key metrics such as IRR, NPV, payback, DSCR, sensitivity impacts, and financial risks.

·       Update business plan and financial model based on IC feedback, prepare delta analysis, and support resubmission.

Ongoing Responsibilities

·       Maintain assumption logs and validation documentation

·       Conduct market, industry and pricing research to support inputs

·       Support cost benchmarking together with other support teams

·       Prepare investment metrics and contribute to IC deck preparation

·       Ensure consistency and integrity of financial model versions
