Job Description

· Search for and develop new customers and business opportunities.

· Attend customer meetings, events, exhibitions, and other business development activities.

· Prepare Project CVs and Project Information Forms.

· Coordinate with the Sales Support Team for project-related activities.

· Coordinate with the Design Team and Customer Service Team when required.

· Prepare and calculate price matrices and commercial proposals.

· Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for quotation status and contract signing.

· Follow up on project developments and customer requirements.

· Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts.

· Maintain regular communication and relationships with existing and potential customers.

· Coordinate with customers regarding design approval drawings and project-related matters.

· Prepare reports and provide updates to the Sales Supervisor / Manager.

· Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture a related field.

· Engineering background with an interest in Sales and Business Development is preferred.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Construction, Steel Structure, or a related industry.

· Candidates with relevant sales experience and strong technical knowledge may also be considered.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good customer relationship management skills.

· Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

· Able to prepare quotations, proposals, and basic commercial calculations.

· Basic understanding of construction / steel structure projects is an advantage.

· Good teamwork and coordination skills.

· Willing to travel or visit customers when required.

· Proactive, target-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

· Microsoft Outlook / Email

· AutoCAD is preferred.
