Job Description

·       Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their technical needs and -requirements

·       Provide expert-level technical support and consultation during the sales process

·       Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

·       Serve as the primary technical resource for clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotes, and sales contracts.

·       Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitor products to effectively position the company’s offerings.

·       Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.

·       Train customers on the use and maintenance of products, as needed.

·       Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
