Job Description
- Systemically drive and grow new sales outlets and distribution channel to sell our finished rice products.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Need to provide guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales team.
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Conduct Market survey and develop domestic market
- Prepare various report and set the targets and plans.
- Visiting customers and potential customers to identify needs or promote products and services and develop solutions.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree.
- Working experience: Above 10 years of experience in sales management, preferrable in agricultural commodities.
- Ability requirements: Good coordination and communication skills, and strong team management.
- Other requirements: Be able to work hard, be proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Successful previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
