Job Description
- Execution of Go-To-Market strategy in all new markets.
- Define Brand Building activities to ensure brand positioning.
- Define marketing programs for demand creation/ lead creation.
- Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, drawing and reporting.
- Drive research to segment the market and with the right products, pricing for stronger market penetration.
- Lead and drive marketing communication.
- Drive research for customer experiences to get insights to stay ahead on products & revenue.
- Ensure high quality and consistent service delivery across the whole marketing team, to managing work schedules, reporting and managing change for the teams.
- Extensive and up to date technical knowledge of the full range of brand products.
- The ability to blend the best services to create the most effective strategy & campaign for each client.
- Confident and insightful content marketer of product knowledge and share to employee.
- Extensive commercial knowledge operating within a range of verticals.
- A passion for elevator working drawings, technologies and hunting for new sales. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends to achieve metrics.
Job Requirements
- B.E, B. Tech, AGTI (Mechanical/ Electrical) (More prefer MBA holder)
- At least 8 years experience in related field and at least 4 years in Elevator Industry. Creating sales plans and processes. Forecasting sales and creating reports
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Email).
- Fluent in English 4 skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, Strong leadership skills and well understanding of market research techniques
Working time - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Off day - Sat, Sun & Public holidays
