Job Description

·       Manage and grow existing customer accounts (Telecom Operators and Corporate Customer)

·       Maintain and strengthen existing business relationships while identifying and pursuing

·       New business opportunities to achieve assigned sales, revenue, and collection targets.

·       Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to drive continuous business growth.

·       Understand customer business requirements and effectively communicate suitable solutions.

·       Coordinate with internal teams and partners to fulfill customer requirements and resolve issues.

·       Support contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and other commercial activities.

·       Conduct market analysis, customer data analysis, and develop sales and marketing strategies.

·       Handle customer complaints and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

·       Maintain government relationship for the latest policies update.
