Job Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients, retailers, and distributors to expand the customer base.

• Present, promote, and sell our feminine care products to clients and retailers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to enhance customer loyalty.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the sales team and

management.

• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches to clients and retailers.

• Keep track of sales data, prepare sales reports, and submit timely updates to the Sales Manager.

• Participate in trade shows, events, and industry exhibitions to promote the company's products.

• Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve overall sales objectives.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitors to identify business

opportunities.

• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.

• Coordinate and organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product catalogs.

• Stay updated with industry trends, new marketing techniques, and emerging technologies.

• Support the Marketing Manager in various marketing initiatives and projects.

Job Requirements

1. Must be able to speak Chinese.

2. Any graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in role of Sales and Marketing Executive in feminine care product industry or FMCG Industry.

3. Any degree in Business management or Marketing is preferred.

4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.

6. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.

7. Proficient in using MS Office Suite.

8. High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset.

9. Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
