Job Description

Ø  Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Ø  Identify and establish strong relationships with livestock farmers, feed distributors, veterinary clinics, and agribusinesses across the country

Ø  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business growth.

Ø  Work closely with farmers, veterinarians, and business partners to promote animal feed and vaccine solutions.

Ø  Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness programs for animal feed and vaccines.

Ø  Collaborate with the marketing team to create advertising materials, digital marketing strategies, and product promotions.

Ø  Conduct training sessions and seminars for farmers and stakeholders on the benefits of feed and vaccines.

Ø  Provide technical guidance and support to farmers on feed formulation and vaccine usage.

Ø  Build strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Ø  Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and forecasting to senior management.

Ø  Work with the production and supply chain team to ensure product availability.

Ø  Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and providing training.
