• Analyzing market trends, customer needs, competitive offering & negotiation with client.
• Meeting/regular interaction with existing clients and build good business relations, retain client base and require about future requirements.
• Generating leads by making a survey, visiting construction sites and potential clients.
• Review and analyze the sales report with team members and provide feed back on a regular basic.
• Preparing quotation & ensure orders with maximum profit while keeping customer's expectation.
• Collate, summarize, analyze data and preparing business reports.
