Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

·       Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Export Trading, Rice, Bean and Maize such as.

·       At least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

·       Strong experience in rice export trading or agricultural commodities

·       Experience dealing with international buyers and export documentation

·       Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in agribusiness, commodities, or international trading.

·       Strong marketing skills, including market research, pricing strategy, and development of marketing plans and materials.

·       Solid understanding of export processes, documentation, and international trade regulations

·       Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage

·       Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and mentoring sales or commercial teams.

·       Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

·       Ability to work on-site in Yangon, travel internationally as required, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·       High level of integrity, customer focus, and adaptability in a fast-paced trading environment.
