Job Description
· Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
· Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
· Typing, preparing and collating report
· Develop and maintain a filing system
· Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
· Managing databases
· Prioritizing workloads
· Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
· Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
· Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
· Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Job Requirements
· Any graduated
· Age between 25 to 35
· Having secretary experience minimum (2) years
· Fluently in English 4 skills (written & spoken)
· Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
· Good pleasant personality
· MS Office, Excel, Power point, Internet and email
