Job Description

·       Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Registe

·       Review and record asset acquisitions, disposals, and transfer

·       Ensure proper capitalization and classification of CAPEX vs. expense

·       Monitor Construction-in-Progress and ensure timely capitalization

·       Calculate and post monthly depreciation and amortization

·       Reconcile fixed asset register with the general ledge

·       Prepare fixed asset schedules and reports for month-end and year-end closing

·       Coordinate periodic physical verification of assets and resolve discrepancies

·       Process asset disposals and calculate gain/loss on disposal

·       Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP) and internal policies

·       Support internal and external audits with required documentation
