Job Description

Strategic Recruitment Planning

·       Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational workforce needs.

·       Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing demands and establish annual hiring plans

·       Identify and utilize a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, agencies, and proactive outreach.

·       Lead continuous improvement efforts in recruitment frameworks, evaluation processes, and hiring tools.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

·       Manage the end-to-end hiring process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding.

·       Ensure alignment between candidate profiles and business needs through close collaboration with hiring managers.

·       Deliver a professional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process

·       Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

·       Lead, coach, and mentor junior recruiters or team members to build a high-performing recruitment function.

·       Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure high data integrity and support audits or reporting needs.

·       Monitor and analyze key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

·       Maintain the Recruitment Tracker and generate actionable insights to enhance decision-making. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

·       Support and execute employer branding strategies such as social media campaigns, job fair materials, and internal success story curation.

·       Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and industry expos to build and nurture talent pipelines.

Compliance & Reporting

·       Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.

·       Provide timely and accurate hiring information to the HR Operations team to support onboarding and payroll processing.

·       Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to senior management as required.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead recruiter role.

·       Proven experience in both high-volume and specialized hiring

·       Solid knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).

·       Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

·       Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to drive performance.

·       Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines

·       Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring compliance standards.

·       Established professional network in relevant industries is a plus.
