Job Description

·       Installation and configuration of computer hardware system and applications

·       Installation of network cable, router and configuration process

·       Troubleshooting system & network problems and diagnosing & solving hardware/software faults

·       Support internal departments for setting up the system as well as resolving issues

·       Checking of internet line, switches and routers

·       Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

·       Coordinate with corporate IT team for some tasks such as creating new email, updating user lists, purchasing of IT equipment & accessories

·       IT Budget Preparation

·       Support for Phyzii CRM software such as creating new phyzii account, updating phyzii mapping.

·       IT Inventory Maintaining

·       IT Budget Preparation
