· Designing and implementing network infrastructure solutions.

· Establish, monitor, and troubleshoot all network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

· Ensure network security and integrity through the implementation of security protocols, access controls, and intrusion detection systems.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, inventories, and standard operating procedures.

· Network troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance support for the clients.

· Develop low/high-level design, implementation, and user acceptance for assigned project.

· Prepare project management documents, work-end reports, incident reports, and maintenance reports.

· Customer and third-party vendor communication.

· To assist pre/post-sales support (BOM and product sizing).

· Managing to work with cross-functional teams and fulfilling assigned duties professionally.

· Deliver excellent customer service and interact in a highly effective manner with other team members and management.

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.

· Over 5 years of hands-on experience in administering and troubleshooting networks.

· CCNA/CCNP (Non-Mandatory) but should have a good understanding of Switching and Routing protocols.

· Proven experience in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting networks in Enterprise environments.

· Hands-on experience with major network vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto and F5).

· Basic understanding of network security concepts.

· Proficiency with network security devices and practices

· Excellent communication, self-motivation and good learning.

· Ability to work with customers on solutions to technical issues under pressure.

· Passion to work in the technology industry.

· Ability to learn new technology and products.

· Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitudes, demonstrates the ability to achieve results.

· Able to communicate with both internal and external such as customers, vendors and distributors.

· Able to travel if required.
